In a conversation with Law.com's Scott Graham, Kayvan Noroozi discussed the Supreme Court's upcoming decision in Dex-Media v. Click-to-Call Technologies, which will address whether the PTAB's decisions as to issues involving real parties in interest and the timeliness of inter partes review petitions can be reviewed by the Federal Circuit on appeal. Noroozi predicted that the Court would find such decisions reviewable on appeal, and noted that the Court's prior decisions in SAS Institute and Cuozzo Speed both strongly suggest that outcome.
