Noroozi Discusses Recent PTAB Precedential Decisions With Bloomberg Law

In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Kayvan Noroozi discussed the impact of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's recent precedential decisions in Valve Corp. v. Elec. Scripting Prods. and NHK Spring v. Intri-Plix. Noroozi noted that the Valve decision is likely to encourage fewer petitions brought by larger groups of petitioners joined together.
