Noroozi PC | Federal Circuit Affirms Three IPR Wins For Realtime Data

In January 2017, Realtime Data retained Noroozi PC in connection with several IPR challenges that had been instituted prior to Noroozi PC's involvement. In a matter of months, Noroozi PC was able to turn the tide in numerous proceedings, yielding several final written decisions that fully upheld all challenged claims of multiple patents.

Those victories were tested on appeal before the Federal Circuit, and have now been affirmed. In summary Rule 36 affirmance decisions, the appellate court confirmed that the PTAB's decisions upholding all claims of U.S. Patents 9,054,728, 7,415,530, and 9,116,908 were not in error. Noroozi PC represented Realtime Data as lead counsel on appeal.
