Noroozi PC | Federal Circuit Upholds Key Patent Claim Against Challenges by Google and Twitter

On August 14, 2024, the Federal Circuit affirmed the PTAB's decision upholding the validity of Claim 25 of U.S. Patent 8,769,440 in the face of appellate challenges from Google and Twitter. The decision clears the way for B.E. Technology to pursue its infringement claims against Google and Twitter back before the district court. Kayvan Noroozi represented B.E.
