Noroozi PC | Noroozi PC Obtains IPR Wins Against Apple and Amazon

On June 11, 2024, the PTAB issued two IPR final written decisions finding in favor of Noroozi PC's client Zentian Ltd., and refusing to invalidate any claims challenged by Apple Inc. and Amazon.com. The two patents at issue are directed to advances in speech recognition hardware. In both decisions, the Board credited key cross-examination admissions obtained by Noroozi PC from Apple's expert witness, among other evidence, to support the conclusion that Apple had failed to meet its burden of demonstrating unpatentability.
